While we strive to make our programs as affordable as possible, we realize that sometimes everyone needs some extra help. Therefore, Boulder Digital Arts offers a super-simple, no-interest payment plans for any class or bundle of classes over $400. BDA is also an authorized training provider for the federally-funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Grant training program (WIOA).
BDA offers simple no-interest payment plans for most of our Certificate Program or any group of classes whose registration fees total $400 or more. We call these "bundles" and can be any combination of Hands-On Classes or Lecture-Style Workshops. By breaking the total cost down of an Certificate Program or "bundle" into two or four equal payments, we are able to make our training programs even more accessible without breaking the bank.
How It Works
We simply take your total registration fees and split that into 4x equal payments. No finance charges, fees or interest is added! If you are not already a BDA member we will add that $75 annual membership fee into the total amount being divided into the 4x payments. BDA membership offers many benefits and your registration fees will be much lower as a member.
We process the first payment when we add your registration to hold your spot. The 3x remaining payments, which will be in the same amount, will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided on either the 1st or the 15th of each of the 3x consecutive months. If your first payment/registration was made in the first half of a month, all subsequent payments will be processed on the first day of the following months. If your first payment/registration was made in the last half of the month (15th or later), all subsequent payments will be processed on the 15th day of the following months.
It's easy to take advantage of this option and we encourage you to sign up early since these programs often fill up fast! If you're interested in having a Payment Plan, don't register for the class online. Instead, simply contact BDA staff at 720-282-1435 or email us with the name and start date of the Certificate Program or the list of classes and workshops you are "bundling" and we'll get you set-up, take your first payment, and confirm your registration!
Important Things to Note: Registrants using the payment plan are not eligible to combine discount offers with their payment plan and always pay the standard registration fee for BDA Members. Please see our refund, cancellation and transfer policy page. There are a limited number of seats available for classes using the payment plan option, so we highly recommend signing up early.

List of BDA Classes that are approved for WIOA funding
Boulder Digital Arts is proud to be an authorized training provider for the federally-funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Grant training program.
Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, you may be able to receive funding to take BDA's Certificate Programs, as well as many approved WIOA classes and workshops.
Applying to WIOA takes time and energy, but it's possible that if you meet their requirements, you could receive up to $5,000 towards classes and workshops at BDA!
The WIOA is designed to help job seekers prepare for employment, find and keep a job, and increase earnings. According to the United States Department of Labor, the WIOA was created "to consolidate, coordinate, and improve employment, training, literacy and vocational rehabilitation programs in the United States." The WIOA has many guidelines as to who is eligible to receive benefits, and some of these guidelines may change depending on the state and county in which you reside.
Getting funding through the WIOA program can take weeks or even months, so please be sure when applying to WIOA that you give your application plenty of time to be processed by them.
Typically, you should contact your local workforce center to begin the application process as soon as possible! WIOA funding is managed through the local office in the county in which you live.
In addition, you can find complete information about the WIOA program here. Most of our training programs have already been approved and are on the Colorado Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
